Transformer Oil Temperature Abnormality: Under normal conditions, the oil temperature is higher than 10 degrees Celsius or the load is unchanged and the temperature rises from time to time (under normal conditions of cooling installation and operation), which can be distinguished as abnormality in the transformer.
Mainly as follows:
1. Internal faults cause abnormal temperature.
Its internal faults, such as winding interruption or interlayer short circuit, coil discharging to fencing screen, internal lead joint heating, multi-point grounding of iron core, increase eddy current overheating, zero-sequence unbalanced current heating through the circuit with iron fuel tank and other elements cause transformer temperature anomaly. These conditions will be accompanied by gas or differential maintenance actions. When the fault is serious, it may also cause the explosion-proof tube or pressure relief valve to inject oil. At this time, the transformer should be immediately shut down for maintenance.
2. Temperature abnormality caused by abnormal operation of cooler.
Cooler operation is abnormal or breaks down, such as submersible pump shutdown, fan damage, radiator pipe fouling, poor cooling effect, radiator valve not turned over, thermometer indication failure and many other factors cause temperature rise, the cooling system should be stopped maintenance and flushing to improve its cooling effect.
Analysis of Oil Level Abnormality of Transformer Insulation Oil:
The abnormal oil level and oil leakage are common in transformer operation, so inspection and inspection should be stopped from time to time, mainly in the following two aspects.
Firstly, false oil level: obstruction of oil standard pipe; obstruction of oil pillow suction pipe; blowhole obstruction of explosion-proof pipeline.
2. Low oil level: serious oil leakage of transformer; staff fail to replenish in time after oil discharge due to work needs; low temperature and lack of oil, or small capacity of oil pillow fails to meet the operation needs.
