液压器油比较容易出现的三种不正常状态!

  液压油是液压机械的“血液”,大部分液压系统故障都可以检测到,观察液压油的状态,找出故障的原因,从而进行故障排除。

  2. 液压油温度异常升高

  液压油温升异常的根本原因有以下三个方面:是因为一个安全阀压力设定太低,使大部分的液压油通过溢流阀流回油箱,液压系统工作效率太低,如负荷太大,大部分的能量会转化为液压油的热量,导致高温,第二个是由于冷却系统冷却效果差,导致液压油温度过高;三是液压油循环回路中油液循环过于频繁(经常引起油液不足),导致加热困难,温度升高。
  The basic reasons for abnormal temperature rise of hydraulic oil are as follows: because the pressure setting of a safety valve is too low, most of the hydraulic oil flows back to the tank through the relief valve, and the working efficiency of the hydraulic system is too low. If the load is too large, most of the energy will be converted into the heat of the hydraulic oil, resulting in high temperature. The second reason is the cooling system. Poor effect leads to high temperature of hydraulic oil; third, too frequent oil circulation in hydraulic oil circulation loop (often causing insufficient oil), resulting in heating difficulties and temperature rise.
  故障诊断应易到难,首先检查液压油箱中的油量,如果油箱中的油量不足,应及时补充到标准水平。使用时应注意使用同一品牌的液压油,使用前应进行过滤。

  3、液压油太脏

  液压油脏了,太脏了,可能是由于油长期使用发生化学变化;也可能是太多的杂质在物理上发生了变化。只要找出这两种变化的原因,就可以采取相应的措施。
  Hydraulic oil is dirty, too dirty, probably because of chemical changes in the long-term use of oil, or because too many impurities have changed physically. As long as we find out the reasons for these two changes, we can take corresponding measures.
  在缺少必要的检测设备、设备的情况下,要确定液压油是化学变化还是物理变化,比较简单实用的方法是采用滤纸检测。
  In the absence of necessary testing equipment, to determine whether the hydraulic oil is chemical or physical changes, a simple and practical method is to use filter paper detection.
  取液压油样品,将油滴在滤纸上,观察形成的油晕。若油环分层分离现象明显(中间脏,边缘清晰),说明液压油变质,必须更换新油。如果油晕分布均匀,说明液压油中杂质含量过高。及时检查过滤器,更换滤芯,必要时更换新的液压油。
